WILL CALL IS A SPOT WHERE PEOPLE WHO HAVE PURCHASED THIER TICKETS ONLINE CAN PICK THEM UP. MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER WITH A VALID ID.

WHERE IS WILL CALL?
Will Call is located at the door of the PAPAS AND BEER, please show up at least 1 hour prior to the Concert. Please ask a venue staff member or security personnel if you have difficulty locating will call.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY TICKET/WRISTBANDS?
To pick up your tickets at Will Call, you MUST bring your credit card, confirmation number and a VALID PHOTO ID (valid state issued photo ID card, military ID, or current passport) that corresponds to the name on the credit card used to purchase the ticket. No tickets will be released to you without proper identification. There are no refunds for tickets that are not picked up. You are responsible for checking the age limit for the event. No refunds will be processed for patrons who do not have valid identification for admittance to an age restricted event.

PAPAS AND BEER is the larget club in the west coast with resort-like amenities. The ideal setting for such grand event! Capacity 6,000 people. Papas and Beer is located 18 miles south of the border and 50 miles north of Ensenada, at the center of the golden zone of Rosarito, right on the Beach three blocks from the Festival Plaza Hotel or the Rosarito Beach Hotel.
